MEET THE CREW

Bodhi Ouellette
Bodhi Ouellette spent his upbringing making short skits and stop-motion videos. Fascinated by the behind the scenes aspect of making a movie, he has dedicated himself from then on to become a filmmaker. He has had various experiences acting in local theater. Bodhi has experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and has experience working with DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. He runs Glass Cove Productions with partner-in-crime Breanna Penney, producing videos around the area of Maine, as well as sharing or switching duties of writing, directing, and producing many short films and documentaries. He is currently enrolled as a Communications & New Media major at Southern Maine Community College.
So far, his first professional work is as Script Supervisor for the student film The Mustang, The Hand and The Big Man. He has since branched off, and has also worked on two Damnationland projects; Script Supervisor on Syndrome, and as the Second Assistant Cameraman on Baptism. Right now, he is currently writing, directing, producing, and editing his second short film titled "Phoenix", and is working as an Assistant Editor for projects with Bonfire Films, and Rogue Paradime.
Breanna Penney
Breanna Penney has worked in post-production as an intern at Lone Wolf Media, a documentary company that has helped produced shows such as "Mercy Street" and has aired many specials on Animal Planet, PBS, National Geographic, and etc.. She is experienced in Adobe Premiere, Audition and Photoshop and has also used sound programs such as Audacity and CueLab. Formerly a student at Portland Arts & Technology High School, she continues to work with clients such as Portland Players and Red Hot and Lady-like dance studios with her partner Bodhi Ouellette. She is the co-founder of Glass Cove Productions with Bodhi, and they both share or switch duties of directing, writing or producing short films. She is enrolled in Communications & New Media at SMCC, and is acting as a Production Coordinador, and Assistant Editor on multiple projects for Bonfire Films.
She is the Producer on the student filmThe Mustang, The Hand, and The Big Man, which premiered at the Nickelodeon Cinemas as a part of the 2017 Maine Mayhem Film Festival. She has also worked on many Damnationland projects, including Jodie Lalie, Syndrome, and Baptism, and she is writing, directing, and producing a short film titled "42 Atwood Lane".


Ben Rooker
Ben Rooker began his interests in the creative realm at a very young age with drawing, and has participated in the New England Film Academy, a two-week summer program for young filmmakers to create short films for many years from elementary school going into High School, and has also made animations in Adobe Animation and music and posted on Newgrounds. Since then, he has turned his talents into becoming a musician. He produces music under the banner "One Twenty-Two" and currently has two albums out that can be purchased. He has also contributed to music for Hullabaloo Entertainment Studio's video game Abysm, as well as creating graphics for the game, and is co-writing the next game developed by the studio called Paracosm, with Bodhi Ouellette. He is the main composer, sound designer, and occasional cinematographer for Glass Cove Productions and also worked as a Production Assistant for The Mustang, The Hand, & The Big Man and Baptism.
He is also enrolled in Communications & New Media at SMCC, and is currently writing, directing and producing his own short film titled "The Wile".
Gage Klein
Gage Klein is a media generalist with experience reaching back 5 years. His skill-set includes but is not limited to: video editing with Adobe Premiere, image manipulation with Adobe Photoshop, and 2D/3D compositing within Adobe After Effects. He has completed several internships in the field, including a week spent with Neoscape; a 3D Architectural Design Firm in Boston. In addition to post-production, Gage has on set experience as well, having helped shoot several Damnationland films for their 2016 festival, specifically on Killer Spacemen From Outer Planet X, and Peppercorn Heart. On these shoots, he gained experience in positions such as 2nd Assistant Cameraman, Production Assistant, and Visual Effects. Though he is a generalist, Gage's specialized skill set does lie primarily in the post-production, specifically Visual Effects. He is Glass Cove's Visual Effects guru and is a helpful hand in both production and post-production for the team. Recently, he has developed a fondness for photography, and documentary work.
He is a Portland Arts & Technology High School alumni, along with Bodhi & Breanna, and is also enrolled in Communications & New Media major at SMCC.
